Welcome to 17 Deangelis Drive in beautiful Point Judith Narragansett! This 3 bedroom home has been completely renovated from head to toe! Everything is brand new including Ice cold central air, new kitchen, glass enclosed shower, full size washer/dryer and much much more. Just a short 5 min. walk to Scarborough State beach and just a short bike ride to two other beautiful State beaches as well as the Block Island ferry. We are a pet friendly renter if your pet is non-shedding, non-chewing, vaccinated and on flea and tick preventative, crated when not home (owner approval needed for specific requirements of your pet). We offer bed linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, high speed wireless internet (tv's in living room and each bedroom), central air conditioning and more!
Bedroom 1 (queen bed) offers sliding glass door entry to back screened-in porch!
Please be advised that bedroom 2 (double bed) and bedroom 3 (2 twin/trundle) are second floor open loft area bedrooms with silk curtains installed for privacy when needed.

Summary: Our stay at “Cozy A-Frame by the Sea” was wonderful! This was our first time on the Rhode Island coast and we couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Rhonda was an amazing host and was easy to contact. We can’t wait to come back again when the weather is warmer. Thank you Rhonda for renting us your beautiful beach home where we created a weekend filled with memories!
